Refund Policy

Please note that cancellations for any paid ticket must be submitted in writing to  to ensure a refund.

The refund amount will be determined as below:

• Cancellations made 14 calendar days before the date (22nd of August 2023), will receive a 100% refund on the ticketed price.
• Registrants canceling later than 14 calendar days before the event date, will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
