ALE is the go-to (un)conference for all people striving for a humane workplace. Every year, for more than 15 years now, each edition attracts professionals from all over Europe where they can exchange ideas for improving cooperation, self-management as well as the flow of work for better outcomes.

Whether you are a leader, consultant, coach, manager, work in HR or working as a team member, this conference will provide you with pragmatic and concrete tips to improve your soft skills, as well as inspiration to improve human relationships and performance in your workplace.

The conference is rooted in the timeless Agile and Lean values and principles. Even though they tend to be questioned in the current political and economical climate of uncertainty and with the coming of AI, we still firmly believe that mastering the rules of human-to-human cooperation is the foundation for great work and increased performance. Every year, people from all over Europe, beyond their sometimes conflicting viewpoints, come together to create one of the biggest learning events of the community. People who share their experience, their expertise, and learn with, and from each other.

For ALE 2026, we have settled on "Recharge" as a theme.
